In September 2007 released the new film from director Giuliano Montaldo on Dostoevsky, more specifically on terrorism at the time of the great Russian writer. The great Italian director returns to direct a film after almost 20 years since the previous year ("Time to Kill") based on a novel by Paul Serbandini. The scenes were filmed in Turin and St. Petersburg. In the film a young Dostoevsky visit hospitalized in a psychiatric clinic revealed that they belong to a terrorist group that killed a member of the royal family and wants to kill the Tsar.
